Description
The double tandem press brake, also called double tandem bending machine or tandem hydraulic press brake, is especially used for road light pole, power pole and extra long workpiece processing in the urban construction, automobile manufacturing, highway, and so on. Mechanic and fluid servos with mechanic slider are utilized in synchronous device. Tandem press brake or tandem bending machine is also equipped with defection compensation device. The stroke of upper slider and the position of rear stop are regulated quickly by machine and micro-regulated by hand with electronic NC or CNC display.

Features:
1. The tandem press brake adopts two sets of WC67Y series press brakes of the same type. The tandem bending machine is equipped with double tandem synchronous device.
2. The two machines of the tandem hydraulic press brake can be used together for processing extra long workpieces. They can also be used individually to improve production efficiency.
3. Deflection compensation unit is installed on the top die of the tandem press brake so as to guarantee the precision of processed work pieces.
4. The tandem bending machine has synchronous control function of mechanical back gauge, torsion axis and synchronous valve.
5. This tandem hydraulic press brake owns functions of electric control and digital display of the back gauge distance and the slide stroke.
