Introduzione
Implus 4020R laser cutting machinery is designed for flexible processing for flat plates, pre-formed parts and pipes. This range of CNC laser cutter is unique in the way that it combines flat plate cutting and rotary cutting together, so as to achieve the highest machining flexibility. Standard configuration consists of two worktables and a 280 mm fully programmable Z-axis. Implus 4020R laser cutters provide the sheet size capability of up to 4000 mm × 2000 mm. This type of laser cutting machinery is suitable for the square or round pipes with the maximum diameter 500 mm. Also, pre-formed parts with the weight up to 950 kg can be processed by our CNC laser cutters.
Characteristics
1. Equipped with Z-axis, Implus series laser cutting machine offer use with rotary axis and can process pre-formed parts.
2. The CNC laser cutters are equipped with shuttle tables, which permit loading/unloading of one table while the laser cutting machinery is working on a workpiece on another table. In addition, it is allowed to process pre-formed parts and conduct loading/unloading process at the same time.
3. During rotary set-up or loading/unloading of pipes, flat sheet cutting can continue without being interrupted.
4. As rotary axis is transported into cutting area automatically, it only takes seconds to realize changeover from flat sheet cutting to rotary cutting.
